Working together with children, families, communities, and governments, we test various solutions to ensure equitable access to education, documenting these efforts to advocate children’s access to their fundamental right to a free and quality education.

We are dedicated to fostering sustainable livelihoods by empowering marginalized communities Our comprehensive approach equips them with innovative, futuristic market-driven skills, alongside crucial digital and financial literacy. We provide ongoing mentoring, coaching for market linkages and job placements enabling them to seek dignified and sustainable work.

We work with affected communities to find creative ways to build resilience against disasters, shocks and impacts of climate change. We take a human rights based approach to disasters, climate change and building resilience so that the communities have the capacity to absorb shocks and uncertainties, recover after disasters and adapt to climate change.

We believe in universal, free public services as a fundamental right of people. Our programs and strategies empower people we work with to analyze, reflect and take action to ensure their meaningful participation in the governance processes and holding duty bearers to account to plan and deliver the essential public services like health, education, protection and safeguarding.

SCI has secured a three-year project. Primary goal of this project is to create enabling environment for girls so that they are enjoying their rights; their lives are transformed through improved quality public education, reduction in child marriages, empowerment, and better livelihood. This project is funded by The READ Foundation UK and will be implemented in Tharparker, Sindh.

SCI has completed three cycles of this project. The project aimed to mobilize women and young girls as voters, facilitate their registration, raise awareness, and trainings in collaboration with the election commission. For this project, SCI received financial and technical assistance from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Trust for Democratic Education and Accountability (TDEA)

This project was designed to implement an advocacy campaign for the allocation and rehabilitation of spaces at district courts that are friendly to women and girls. In addiiton the project focused on the objective to work with chamber of commerece to advoacte for safe workspace for women workers. The Aurat Foundation and USAID provided financial and technical assistance for this project.

SCI has implemented four cycles of the Citizen Voice Project. The project focused on strengthening citizen voices for free, fair, and peaceful elections in Pakistan through CNIC and voter registration especially for women and young girls. Trust for Democratic Education and Accountability (TDEA) and USAID provided financial and technical assistance for this project.

The project supported the livelihood development of young farmers. This was achieved through farmer field education, enterprise and livestock development training, awareness campaigns, market linkage development, and networking with government departments. The International Organization for Migrants (IOM) provided financial and technical support.

The main focus of this project was to build the capacity in governances, economic literacy and budgeting of newly elected local government representatives and strengthen their interaction and linkages with the public for the development agenda. The Devolution Trust for Community Empowerment (DTCE) provided financial and technical assistance for this project.
